We sent our Galaxy Marquee on a Mainliner with EVERYTHING else that would be needed for this wedding from all the other Vendors.

Directions included signing in, going through a dry river bed and that they would “at the end of the road”.

Warnings included: “Don’t turn off that road anywhere”, “It’s big 5 country, no walking around away from the vehicle, you’ll get eaten (try not to look like steak.)”

Our Team stayed with all the other staff at the Chimani Mani camp, but in smaller accommodation tents. Accommodation, as well as every other tent/rooms necessary for a full blown weekend wedding in the bush – bathrooms, kitchens etc. were done by Harambee Hotel.

There were hanging baskets with palm leaves over the dance floor.
